We select three of the finest Italian green olive varieties, Nocellara Etnea, Nocellara of Belice and Calabrese, and mix them with Peranzana and Leccino black olives. Matinated lovingly in a Mediterranean seasoning, this pairing is delicious as an aperitivo. We also add them to pasta, drop a handful into summery rice salads, or present them as praise-worthy side dishes.
