Pastificio Ciccarelli was founded in 1930, when Alfredo Ciccarelli decided to launch a small, fresh pasta business. The next few decades would prove to be full of transitions. During the 1940s, the company’s production successfully shifted to dry pasta, and in the 1960s the company was handed off to Alfredo’s sons, Giorgio, Giovanni and Carlo. The three brothers relocated the company to Sant’ Egidio, a small village in Italy’s Le Marche region, where the company still resides.
Now operated by the family’s third generation, Pastificio Ciccarelli has acquired 80 years of experience, mastering the art of careful selection of raw, local ingredients to create high quality products.
Pastificio Ciccarelli offers a wide range of pasta shapes, including our popular Ciccarelli orzo pasta.
